Client Relations Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Account Executive III to manage client relationships in the mortgage services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with Clients, Agencies, and Insurers
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular comparisons, issue escalation, and follow-ups
• Conduct training for new staff and provide monthly business reviews on trends and performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and related agency guidelines
• Ability to travel to Client/Agency and/or company site locations
