Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to serve as the primary contact for organizational clients and ensure the successful delivery of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure program satisfaction through effective communication and support
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients and develop engagement strategies to promote EAP utilization
- Prepare and present reports summarizing program usage and outcomes, while identifying opportunities for service expansion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an EAP or health and wellness context
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills to interpret data and develop insights
- Familiarity with mental health and organizational behavior concepts is a plus
