Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relations Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the talent pipeline lifecycle, including onboarding, process development, and client support
- Develop and implement operational policies for candidate application and upskilling trainee success
- Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and lead the operations team to achieve business targets
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience with a successful track record in a detail-oriented position
- Minimum of four years in operations, talent acquisition, or client services
- Experience working with diverse audiences and a customer-focused mentality
- Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to monitor and evaluate operational data effectively
