Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the talent pipeline lifecycle, including onboarding, process development, and client support
  • Develop and implement operational policies for candidate application and upskilling trainee success
  • Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and lead the operations team to achieve business targets


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience with a successful track record in a detail-oriented position
  • Minimum of four years in operations, talent acquisition, or client services
  • Experience working with diverse audiences and a customer-focused mentality
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate operational data effectively
