Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to lead the Client Relations Department and ensure client satisfaction through effective management and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and manage the Client Relations staff
  • Oversee client accounts to ensure day-to-day activities and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate training for new staff and serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 8+ years of client relations or customer service experience in mortgage servicing or banking
  • 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and related agencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and LPS/MSP systems
