Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to lead the Client Relations Department and ensure client satisfaction through effective management and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and manage the Client Relations staff
- Oversee client accounts to ensure day-to-day activities and deliverables are met
- Coordinate training for new staff and serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of client relations or customer service experience in mortgage servicing or banking
- 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and related agencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and LPS/MSP systems
