Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to lead the Client Relations Department and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and manage the Client Relations staff while overseeing client accounts
- Coordinate training for new staff and ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues and track trends to escalate concerns to management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of client relations or customer service experience in the mortgage servicing or banking industry
- 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and related agencies (GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and systems
