Job Summary
Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Client Relations Manager will serve as the primary contact for organizational clients, ensuring successful delivery and satisfaction of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between the organization and multiple EAP client accounts, maintaining proactive relationships with client HR teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and manage ongoing support, ensuring efficient access to EAP services and addressing client inquiries
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote EAP awareness and utilization among client employees through presentations and training sessions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within an EAP, health and wellness, or human services industry
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills to interpret utilization data and develop actionable insights
- Familiarity with mental health, wellness, and organizational behavior concepts is a plus
