Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Client Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for organizational clients, ensuring successful delivery of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships by serving as a liaison between the organization and multiple EAP client accounts
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction with EAP services
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote EAP awareness and utilization among client employees
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably within an EAP or health and wellness industry
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in project management and multitasking
  • Familiarity with mental health, wellness, and organizational behavior concepts is a plus
