Job Summary
To support the delivery of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, the full-time remote Client Relations Manager will manage client relationships, ensure program satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and service excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned EAP client accounts, conducting regular check-ins and strategy meetings
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote EAP awareness and utilization among client employees
- Analyze utilization data to identify trends and prepare regular reports summarizing program usage and outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within an EAP or health and wellness context
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills to interpret utilization data and develop actionable insights
- Familiarity with mental health, wellness, and organizational behavior concepts is a plus
