Job Summary
Managing a team of Client Relations staff, the full-time remote Client Relations Manager will oversee client accounts, ensure satisfaction with services, and provide training and support to new employees.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Client Relations department, ensuring day-to-day activities meet client expectations
- Provide guidance and coaching to staff, facilitating training and development initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues and track trends to address concerns effectively
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of client relations or customer service experience in the mortgage servicing or banking industry
- 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of GSE, HUD, VA, and GNMA guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
