Client Relations Partner

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and billing inquiries, the full-time Client Relations Partner will monitor revenue cycle performance, lead process improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with payer regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and collaborate with billing teams
• Monitor revenue cycle performance and partner with stakeholders to enhance billing operations
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate the resolution of complex billing and claims issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in revenue cycle or 2+ years in an A/R consulting role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and revenue cycle operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent relationship-building and analytical skills with experience in process improvement
