Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive calls from clients to address needs related to platform programs
  • Research and resolve client inquiries to enhance relationships
  • Ensure positive client experiences by proactively addressing challenges

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required, some college education preferred
  • 4+ years in Call Center Service or Account Management
  • 2+ years in Sales, financial, banking, or home improvement sectors
  • Spanish bilingual preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
