Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Specialist responsible for investigating client issues and collaborating with the sales team for resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve client issues
  • Organize and manage client issues in ReporterBase and SalesForce
  • Track client complaints and generate data to identify problems

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3 years in a customer-service environment
  • Basic understanding of finance-related functions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with SalesForce is preferred
