Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relations Specialist responsible for investigating client issues and collaborating with the sales team for resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve client issues
- Organize and manage client issues in ReporterBase and SalesForce
- Track client complaints and generate data to identify problems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3 years in a customer-service environment
- Basic understanding of finance-related functions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with SalesForce is preferred
