A company is looking for a Client Relations Specialist - Bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead communication with clients, addressing technical accounting and product inquiries
• Manage client escalations and guide clients through service changes
• Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse client portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and certification is highly desired
• 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
• 3 years of client servicing experience with small business owners
• Understanding of small business accounting and tax services
