Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience managing clients
  • Prior benefits administration experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables (preferred)
  • Able to manage changing deadlines and re-prioritization (preferred)
