Job Summary

Client Relations Specialist is a full-time role responsible for managing the screening and matching process for egg donors, sperm donors, and gestational carriers, ensuring compliance with regulations while providing a patient-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process applications for egg donors, sperm donors, and gestational carriers, coordinating preliminary testing
• Facilitate matching between donors/gestational carriers and intended parents based on compatibility
• Serve as the primary contact for cases, guiding patients through screening, matching, and pre-treatment readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, fertility, or third-party reproduction preferred
• Experience with managing complex workflows
• Ability to manage high volumes of clients
• Willingness to work remotely from specific eligible states
