Job Summary

To support and manage client relationships, the full-time Client Relations Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients, overseeing onboarding, account activity, and relationship growth while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and service delivery
  • Support client onboarding and implementation activities, coordinating with various internal departments
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in upselling services to enhance client partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience in healthcare services, call center operations, or outsourced services is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a willingness to learn emerging technologies that support operational efficiency
