Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Client Relations Specialist will efficiently guide certification applicants through the process while providing technical assistance and maintaining high client satisfaction remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support and handle basic client inquiries beyond self-service solutions
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and prospective customers, delivering detailed information on the certification process
  • Manage client renewals and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a seamless client experience through effective use of CRM tools
Required qualifications
  • Experience using Salesforce and other cloud-based solutions
  • Proven experience in a customer support role interacting with clients
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of time-sensitive requests
  • Adept at basic internet research and data entry
