Client Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time contract-to-hire capacity, the Client Relations Specialist will manage inbound client inquiries, qualify leads, and assist attorneys while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients by answering and directing inbound calls
• Monitor and respond to online inquiries from potential clients and schedule consultations with attorneys
• Enter and track lead information accurately in the firm's CRM system while assisting with documentation gathering

Required qualifications

• Professional communication style with strong customer service skills
• Prior law firm intake experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
• Comfortable learning and using new technology and software platforms
