Client Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Client Relations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for client billing teams, resolve payment and claims issues, and lead process improvement initiatives in revenue cycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for client billing teams, addressing escalated billing and patient concerns
• Review revenue cycle metrics and collaborate with billing partners to drive process improvements
• Coordinate special projects and meetings to enhance revenue cycle performance and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in a high-volume environment preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and CPT/ICD coding
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical skills
• Proven relationship-building and process improvement leadership skills
