Client Relations Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relations Support Associate to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources such as long-term care facilities and healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers about services, including Medicare and insurance guidelines
• Facilitate patient transitions from hospitals to home health or hospice services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field
• Remote position available only in WA State
• Two years of payroll-related experience preferred
• Prior recruiting experience is preferred
