Client Relationship Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to support client relationships and ensure effective communication and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build client trust and confidence through effective delivery of services and technology
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients' business needs and proactively communicate with relevant departments
• Provide feedback and support to clients while identifying opportunities for growth and resolving escalated issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of experience in analytics, accounting, finance, operational management, or a related field
• Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and industry trends
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and CDS
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
