Job Summary

Driving revenue expansion and client retention, the full-time salaried Client Relationship Executive will manage high-value client relationships remotely, execute strategic growth initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and identify new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with high-priority clients, acting as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders
  • Lead customer meetings and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to maximize service line adoption
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align strategies and drive business outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA or Healthcare Management preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client relations, particularly in healthcare or telemedicine
  • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and lead cross-functional teams
  • Valid driver's license and insurable by the company's automobile liability insurance
  • Professional certifications in healthcare, business, or project management preferred (e.g., PMP, CPAM)
