Job Summary
Driving revenue expansion within a defined territory, the full-time salaried Client Relationship Executive will manage high-value client relationships, execute strategic growth initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manages and grows relationships with high-priority clients, acting as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders
- Leads customer meetings and identifies cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to drive revenue expansion and maximize service line adoption
- Collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align strategies and drive business outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA or Healthcare Management preferred
- 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client relations, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine
- Experience working with West Coast health systems strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurable by the company's automobile liability insurance carrier
- Professional certifications in healthcare, business, or project management preferred (e.g., PMP, CPAM)
