Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Leader to drive growth with large national retail brokerage partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed growth plans for assigned retail partners and translate broker operating models into actionable strategies
• Build trust-based relationships with retail broker leadership and coordinate cross-functional execution among stakeholders
• Provide market insights and feedback to leadership regarding competitive positioning and retail broker behavior

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in roles at both carriers and retail brokerage firms
• Significant experience working with large national retail brokers
• Strong background in carrier distribution, broker engagement, or strategic accounts
• Proven ability to build and execute structured growth plans
• Highly self-directed, organized, and proactive
