Client Relationship Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Liaison to support Client Relationship Managers and clients by managing day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prescreen candidate profiles and post job orders
• Share and manage onboarding documents and assist with performance reports
• Communicate with staffing suppliers and keep clients updated on contract statuses

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing or service role
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good organizational habits
• Experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus
