Client Relationship Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Liaison to provide operational and customer support to healthcare clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to clients and the Client Relationship team
• Review and prescreen candidate profiles and maintain accurate contract information
• Build and maintain relationships with facility hiring managers and assist with onboarding documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
