Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Management Director (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver technology solutions and services to BCBSA Plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
• Develop and implement a customer relationship management strategy to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
• Manage departmental staff, guiding goal setting, project prioritization, and budget management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, IT/Data Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience in healthcare analysis and/or technology consulting
• 3 years of management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of technology applications and business processes in healthcare
• Experience with customer relationship management methodologies and tools
