Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Management Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive client engagement strategy for multi-specialty clients
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Client Relationship Managers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that exceed client expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role in revenue cycle management, specifically multi-specialty areas
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving client retention targets
• Ability to confidently interpret RCM data and communicate results, trends, and opportunities to clients
• Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders
