Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager in the Central or Eastern time zone for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deepen existing client relationships by identifying growth opportunities and providing access to relevant internal teams
• Ensure seamless customer experiences by assisting new accounts, addressing potential issues proactively, and collaborating with sales and client services
• Help grow high potential accounts by identifying growth opportunities, resolving issues, and developing growth strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant customer-facing experience
• A track record of solving complex customer-facing problems
