Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager responsible for developing high-trust relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Employer customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Stay informed on industry and technology trends to educate and advocate for customers
  • Lead internal teams to ensure high-quality work and drive annual open enrollment success
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. required
  • 10+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • Experience managing complex customer accounts
  • Preferred: MBA and/or PMP Certification and/or GBA/CEBS
  • Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, or SaaS preferred
