Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will manage client relationships and support financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Tax Exempt/401k sponsored plans and maintain client relationships
• Serve as the primary customer contact for specific sponsored plans and resolve service issues
• Participate in relationship management with plan sponsors and contribute to product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in customer service
