Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results
• Review and analyze RCM metrics, conduct client meetings, and provide reimbursement analysis
• Educate clients on industry trends and communicate ongoing client satisfaction and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders
