Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, Multi-Specialty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results
  • Review and analyze RCM metrics and conduct client meetings to assess performance and industry trends
  • Proactively communicate client feedback and opportunities for growth to the organization and sales team


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service role
  • Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
  • Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate insights to clients
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
