Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, Multi-Specialty.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results
- Review and analyze RCM metrics and conduct client meetings to assess performance and industry trends
- Proactively communicate client feedback and opportunities for growth to the organization and sales team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service role
- Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
- Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate insights to clients
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
