Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Key Business Partner Account Management and various departments
  • Monitor customer experience metrics and drive client satisfaction improvements
  • Resolve escalated client issues and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Group Health Insurance/Benefits, preferably in an Account Management role
  • Producer's license preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
