Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Key Business Partner Account Management and various departments
- Monitor customer experience metrics and drive client satisfaction improvements
- Resolve escalated client issues and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in Group Health Insurance/Benefits, preferably in an Account Management role
- Producer's license preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
