Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to foster and maintain relationships with ESOP plan administration clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive client experience
• Proactively manage client satisfaction through regular communication and annual reviews
• Identify opportunities for consulting and cross-selling services to enhance revenue streams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 3 years of experience in client relationship or account management
• ESOP experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
