Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager responsible for enhancing customer retention and providing support for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding of new clients and facilitate smooth interactions throughout the ordering and testing process
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and education to clients to ensure strong adoption and engagement
  • Execute engagement strategies and perform periodic customer business reviews to enhance satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of successful client experience/account coordination
  • Ability to think critically and manage client expectations effectively
  • Solution-driven and proactive in setting parameters and adhering to deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM for documenting client activity
