Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager responsible for enhancing customer retention and providing support for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new clients and facilitate smooth interactions throughout the ordering and testing process
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and education to clients to ensure strong adoption and engagement
- Execute engagement strategies and perform periodic customer business reviews to enhance satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of successful client experience/account coordination
- Ability to think critically and manage client expectations effectively
- Solution-driven and proactive in setting parameters and adhering to deadlines
- Experience with Salesforce CRM for documenting client activity
