Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to provide exceptional support and enhance customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth interactions throughout the ordering and testing process
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned clients, providing guidance and education to enhance engagement
  • Monitor client activity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical situations and achieve KPIs
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of successful client experience or account coordination
  • Ability to think critically and manage client expectations independently
  • Proactive and solution-driven approach to setting parameters and adhering to deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM for documenting client activity and improving operational effectiveness
