Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to provide exceptional support and enhance customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth interactions throughout the ordering and testing process
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned clients, providing guidance and education to enhance engagement
- Monitor client activity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical situations and achieve KPIs
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of successful client experience or account coordination
- Ability to think critically and manage client expectations independently
- Proactive and solution-driven approach to setting parameters and adhering to deadlines
- Experience with Salesforce CRM for documenting client activity and improving operational effectiveness
