Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, Multi-Specialty.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results
- Review and analyze RCM metrics, conduct client meetings, and advise on industry trends impacting practices
- Maintain client satisfaction and communicate feedback while identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role
- Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders
