Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, Multi-Specialty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results
  • Review and analyze RCM metrics, conduct client meetings, and advise on industry trends impacting practices
  • Maintain client satisfaction and communicate feedback while identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role
  • Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders
