Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Revenue Cycle Management).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Resolve client issues by coordinating with appropriate staff and maintaining communication
- Identify sales opportunities and assist in the client retention process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient in using computer applications related to payment posting and A/R follow-up
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and maintain strong customer service focus
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and understanding of healthcare industry standards
