Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Revenue Cycle Management).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Resolve client issues by coordinating with appropriate staff and maintaining communication
  • Identify sales opportunities and assist in the client retention process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficient in using computer applications related to payment posting and A/R follow-up
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and maintain strong customer service focus
  • Experience with HIPAA compliance and understanding of healthcare industry standards
