Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Early Career).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned taxpayer and partner clients
• Guide clients through the full engagement process, ensuring smooth job submission and e-filing
• Monitor account activity to proactively identify issues and ensure timely resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of client relationship, account management, or customer success experience
• Foundational knowledge of tax, accounting, or financial services is a plus
• Proficiency in CRMs and customer success platforms is a plus
• Ability to support occasional extended hours during peak tax seasons
