Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to foster and maintain relationships with ESOP plan administration clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned ESOP clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery aligned with client expectations
• Prepare and review Plan Health Reports, recommending improvements based on data insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role
• Experience in managing client meetings and touchpoints
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• ESOP knowledge preferred but not required
