Job Summary
To enhance client satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Client Relationship Manager will manage client engagements, advocate for client needs within the organization, and develop strategies for business growth through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction while acting as the client's advocate within the organization
- Monitor client health scores and engagement metrics to proactively address potential issues and drive continuous improvement
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and manage client escalations to ensure prompt resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the HCM industry or client relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Experience preparing and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiasm for driving positive changes and delivering exceptional client experiences
