Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of servicing clients, the full-time Client Relationship Manager will oversee client relationships, coordinate servicing operations, and drive operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of servicing clients and business partners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and operational support
- Lead servicing oversight activities, including issue resolution and operational escalations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, client management, or related financial services
- Prior experience in a client-facing servicing or operational management role strongly preferred
- Experience managing or coordinating servicing transfers preferred
- Manufactured housing or consumer finance experience is a plus
