Job Summary

Serving as the primary liaison for assigned clients, the full-time remote Client Relationship Manager will optimize Revenue Cycle Management results through proactive communication, performance analysis, and industry trend advisement.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients' business needs and RCM goals
  • Review and analyze RCM metrics to assess and optimize performance
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss RCM performance and advise on industry issues
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate level degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role, preferably in Emergency Departments
  • Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
  • Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate insights effectively to clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
