Job Summary
Managing client relationships in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction through effective communication, project management, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client meetings to provide updates on project status, system performance, and potential improvements
- Measure client satisfaction and manage expectations while addressing service agreements and vendor relations
- Coordinate resolution efforts during major incidents and advocate for client needs in day-to-day operations
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience preferred
- Degree or diploma in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL standards is preferred
- Experience with in-person and virtual client meetings required
- Experience with municipal clients/leaders is a strong asset
