Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of large, complex customer accounts, the full-time Client Relationship Manager will develop high-trust relationships, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle, with the flexibility to work 100% remotely or in any major office location.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Employer customers through all stages of the customer lifecycle, maximizing desired outcomes and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry and technology trends to educate and advocate for customers
  • Lead the internal team on behalf of the customer, coordinating efforts across departments and ensuring high-quality work
Required qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. required
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • Successful experience managing a portfolio of complex customers
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration and SaaS technology
  • Proven ability to drive customer outcomes and satisfaction metrics
