Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of large, complex customer accounts, the full-time Client Relationship Manager will develop high-trust relationships, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle, with the flexibility to work 100% remotely or in a hybrid schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Employer customers to maximize desired outcomes and increase satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends and advocate for customers based on these insights
- Lead internal teams on behalf of customers, ensuring quality work and effective communication across departments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields
- Proven track record managing complex customer portfolios
- B.S. or B.A. degree required
- Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, or SaaS preferred
- Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives
