Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on optimizing commercial fleet operations for national clients, the full-time Client Relationship Manager II will manage client relationships, analyze performance metrics, and drive client growth and retention in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet operations
• Generate insights and actionable reports using fleet management systems
• Conduct regular client meetings to share performance metrics and lead business reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field, with 2 years of experience, or a master's degree with up to 2 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Experience in analyzing operational performance and recommending process improvements
• Strong problem-solving skills for effective client issue resolution
• Familiarity with data analysis, financial considerations, and technology to support operational success
