Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Supporting assigned lenders in their day-to-day needs, the full-time remote Client Relationship Manager will train and provide ongoing assistance, manage client relationships, and resolve service issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Train and support all assigned lenders while managing all details associated with new lender onboarding
• Respond promptly to lender inquiries and resolve service problems by clarifying complaints and offering solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and escalate complex issues when necessary

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in lender-placed insurance, collateral protection insurance, or insurance tracking services
• Direct experience working with lending institutions such as banks or credit unions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple lender relationships simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity
• High school diploma or equivalent required
