Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

As the primary point of contact for partner clients, the full-time Client Relationship Manager will manage day-to-day relationships, guide clients through the engagement process, and ensure timely resolutions while working in Coconut Grove, FL.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned taxpayer clients, serving as their trusted point of contact
• Guide clients through the full engagement process, ensuring smooth job submission, processing, and e-filing
• Monitor account activity to proactively identify issues, address concerns, and ensure timely resolutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of client relationship, account management, or customer success experience within tech, SaaS, finance, or tax a plus but not required
• Foundational knowledge of tax, accounting, or financial services strongly preferred but not required
• Proficiency in CRMs and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends during peak season (Jan - April)
